Abraham van Helsing

The Class Skill of Rider and Saber class Servants, denoting the ability to ride mounts and vehicles. Rider-class Servants will typically possess a high rank. All vehicles and all creatures up to the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts.

The ability that allows for action even in the absence of the Master. At higher ranks, it is also possible to remain for extended periods of time in this world without an established contract.

A fusion of many medical-related skills, though a few of the practices the Doctor performs have now been proven harmful, his skill and knowledge in medicine prevent any mishaps from occurring.    Lore: In the tale Dracula, Abraham van Helsing was known as a doctor, skilled in many fields.

Possessed by Servants whose true history and existence have been distorted by the monstrous reputations and gossips they accrued across the course of their life and thereafter, without concern for the actual person's will or appearance.     As a consequence, the Servant's abilities and appearance have been rendered to conform to the specifications of their legend. Incidentally, this Personal Skill cannot be removed.    Lore: In the book, Abraham indicates a wide range of knowledge of the occult, beyond stopping vampires and the like. Later retellings and Adaptations have turned him into a fearless hunter of the supernatural, specializing in vampires.

A skill similar to Inherent wisdom, but instead of being a natural-born genius, this skill is proof of one’s dedication to learning, self-improvement, and the acquisition of skills.      Lore: In the book, it is said that Abraham is well studied in many fields, well-read, and filled with many achievements and titles.

Witty, charming, and goofy, the Good doctor is nothing like the gruff and stoic hero his adaptations play him out to be. He is a clumsy man with a cheerful disposition, who unfortunately has a habit of mangling metaphors, even as a servant.    Of course, this changes when in a battle against supernatural monsters, where he abruptly turns into an intensely serious man who will stop at nothing to stop the threats of the supernatural. 

As a Father who has lost a child, Abraham will take as many chances as he can to dote and spoil his Master, often lending an ear or advice in anything they can aid in.

When summoned Abraham Van Helsing is equipped with a wide-brimmed hat, a stylish brown long coat, and an immaculate combination of a crisp dress shirt and black pants and shoes, with a black tie and a brown waistcoat, adorned with polished gold buttons.     In his left hand, he carries a suitcase that seems to be filled with numerous items. In his right, he carries a crossbow. 

Professor Abraham Van Helsing, a fictional character from the 1897 gothic horror novel Dracula.    Helsing is an aged polymath, Dutch doctor with a wide range of interests and accomplishments, partly attested by the string of letters that follows his name: "MD, D.Ph., D.Litt., etc.", indicating a wealth of experience, education, and expertise. The character is best known throughout many adaptations of the story as a vampire hunter and the archenemy of Count Dracula. 

Despite what one may think, the two share an amicable relationship, often sharing a cup of tea together. 

The two occasionally go out to hunt supernatural beings and attend mass, along with the other Christian servants.     

A child to be spoiled and safeguarded from any further suffering.
