Dobrynya Nikitich, a warrior spoken of in Russian poems bylina, he is one of the bogatyr. A mighty, unparalleld warrior serving under the Grand Prince Vladimir of Kiev, his greatest exploit is slaying of powerful 3-headed dragon Zmey Gorynych and rescue of a princess of Kiev. A giant in stature, he just shrugs when asked and says "Must be my wife's influence." Zmey Gorynych, the mighty 3-headed dragon, perished under Dobrynya's spear after a battle spanning three days, swore vengeance with her dying breaths. Though she carries appearance of a female warrior, she will with no hesitation reveal her true draconic form when provoked. No matter time or place, they are destined to meet and clash. If there is one, there will be the other, warrior slaying the monster or beast felling a hero.
