Dobrynya Nikitich and Zmey Gorynych

Dobrynya Nikitich is a giant. The oddity of his summoning resulted in an abnormally gigantic form. He appears as a handsome man in his early 30s, dressed in sensible white armor and garments which don't actually do a good job of protecting him, as he chooses to wear an open shirt and breastplate on his back. There is a conspicuous abundance of belts in his outfit. "The plate protects my back. I can protect the front just fine, don't worry about it."    In her human form, Zmey Gorynych appears as a young woman dressed in dark red and black battle gown, long hair tied back in ponytail and her head covered in a half-helmet, at glance horned, but upon closer inspection it is apparent the horns are coming out of her head.  In her dragon form, she is a giant dark red to black three-headed dragon.

Magic Resistance A  Resistance to magic. Dobrynya's exceptional resistance stems from his clash with Gorynych, resisting powerful magecraft the dragon wielded.    Riding A  Though Dobrynya can't summon his steed as Lancer, his exceptional prowess with mounts remains.  --------------------------  Mad Enhancement EX  Gorynych's body is shared by three minds, which causes her behaviour to appear utterly mad.     Magic Resistance A  A proper dragon's hide can't be harmed by spellcraft.

Proper Height C  A skill reminiscent of folktale giants, representing Dobrynya's abnormal height. His height seems to fluctuate depending on the size of current space he occupies and his general mood. If he is hunched over, in a room with a low ceiling or simply not feeling well, his height is that of an unusually tall man. But by straightening up, putting himself in proper mood, his whole body grows gigantic, as if the perspective of the world shifts. Although there appears to be no real limit to his size, the world itself prevents him from getting too large.    Bereza Damask A  A skill born out of Dobrynya's Noble Phantasm, representing his weapons and armor.    The Eternal Young Warrior C-  Dobrynya Nikitich is supposed to be forever youthful. But without his steed, and with Zmey Gorynych's malice affecting him, the skill's power has diminished.    -----------------------------------  Dragon Reactor Core A  Befitting a dragon, Gorynych has a dragon core, supplying her with absurd amounts of magical energy. It is enough to negate absurd mana drain most berserkers inflict upon their Masters and grand Gorynych a certain degree of autonomy, but in return, any more demanding attacks are even more taxing on the Master.    Dragon Breath A  The ability to release a torrent of mana from one's throat. Three heads, three breaths, each one capable of spewing forth fire, lightning and ice.    Self-modification (Dragon) A  The ability to remold one’s body. Gorynych can freely transform any part of her body between human and draconic form.    Magecraft (Dragon) A  A form of magecraft unique to dragons. Zmey were said to be expert mages, and Gorynych is no exception. Expert in fire, storms and ice, Gorynych's magic is especially destructive due to her draconic constitution.    Eternal Arms Mastery B-  A lower tier of eternal arms mastery skill, Gorynych possesses this skill from imitating Nastasia. Allows for relatively skilled handling of any form of weaponry, even as a berserker.

Three Day Spear: Divine Dragon-slaying Spear   Rank: A  Maximum targets: 1  Range: 1000  Classification: Anti-Unit/ Anti-Army    The spear that felled the mighty Zmey Gorynych. Said to be given to Dobrynya Nikitich by the divine after a three day long struggle against Gorynych, it calls upon the might of divine smite to strike down at his enemies. The aftermath of the attack is enough to create a crater large enough to drain all blood from Gornynych's body, creating a lake. However, Dobrynya can only summon the spear 3 days after his summoning.    The Brilliant White Dragonslaying Armament  Dobrynya's dragonslaying armarents, strong enough to withstand great dragon's might.  Somehow they still fit his giant frame, though Dobrynya's way of wearing them is a bit eccentric.     Zmey Gorynych: Evil Dragon, Come Forth To Repent  Rank: EX  Maximum targets: 50  Range: 100-200  Classification: Anti-Army    Temporary summoning of Zmey Gorynych, this Noble Phantasm is available to Dobrynya only after slaying Gorynych that is summoned alongside him. Calling forth the full power of Gorynych, this Noble Phantasm is equal to additional servant summoning.   Though Dobrynya wishes Gornynych would change her ways when summoned as such, it seems only to anger her further.    -------------------------  Zmey Gorynych: Evil Dragon, Reveal Your Might  Rank: EX  Maximum targets: 1  Range: 1  Classification: Anti-Unit (Self)    Zmey Gorynych's transformation to her true dragon form.   Although simple in execution, the true might of Zmey Gornynych is enough to warrant this a status of Noble Phantasm. Quick of judgement and quick of action, Dobrynya Nikitich is a man who never questions himself. There is a confidence in his actions, strong and unwavering, that never looks back and always believes "things will work out somehow". Though this behaviour more than once had unfortunate consequences, he never regretted it. Instead of regret, there is simply desire to do better next time. Though impulsive, he always tries to do right, because he believes it is his duty to do so. Whether that right is the correct thing to do never crosses his mind, but believing in human decency and protecting those in need, it surely never would be wrong.    Though the minds are three, there are certain values Zmey Gorynych holds up deep in her core, regardless of which head is in question. Proud of her power, of her existence as apex being, all of her actions stem from the position of superiority. Her individual minds are temperamental and passionate, cold and disdainful, kind and nurturing, but at very core, she is a being of power, a dragon in truest sense of the word. She can't, and will never truly understand humans, nor will they ever be able to understand her. Not that she would try.

Dobrynya Nikitich slayed the great terror, dragon Zmey Gornynych and rescued Princess Zabavushka. He wished to marry her, but wasn't of high enough status to be permitted. Through series mishaps he instead ended up marrying giantess Nastasia Mikulishna, a mighty heroine of her own right.    And that's where the story ends, right?    The stories end, but what happened after the happy ending would be unknown to Dobrynya for a long time.    Zmey Gorynych was indeed dead, but her wrath ended up creating a wraith which followed Dobrynya. The wraith imitated Nastasia, tried to commit evil deeds in her stead, and eventually tried to go after her life, and then Dobrynya's own. Though it was ultimately defeated, the fragment of it remained in the world, until it ended up rejoining with a summoning of Zmey Gorynych in a Holy Grail War. This fragment is what gave the current form to the Berserker Zmey Gorynych, completing her.    Where there is one, there is another. The warrior and the dragon, the beast and the hero.   To warrior, it is only right, to protect the weak, to punish the malicious monster, to act upon his ideals, upon his duty.  To dragon, the human morals are puny. The dragon acts as it wishes, for it has the power to do so. But when the hero slays the dragon's pups, it stops being merely a conflict of man and monster.    To Zmey Gorynych, it was personal.

Nastasia (Dobrynya Nikitich Rider)  Dobrynya's beloved wife, the two of them are like two peas in a pod. In fact, perhaps they are so similar that to the Throne of Heroes, they are same, taking attributes from one another.   Neither of them minds it though.    Yaskaya  The little bunny. Now two of them. Though what happened is regretful, it all worked out, so now he can only wish they would get along with him.     Tai Gong Wang  He feels like they should go fishing one day.   ---------------------------  Nastasia (Dobrynya Nikitich Rider)  As much as she hates it, the connections between the three of them are so strong that the Throne of Heroes puts them together at times.    Elizabeth Bathory  "The sound you make, the passion of your roars, truly worthy of your lineage."  "The sound you make, the human sound, it is a shame upon dragons."  "You will grow, child, a dragon fledgling is still a dragon."    Sieg/Fafnir  The sheer audacity of a former human to call himself any authority among dragons.    Beowulf  A hunter of dragons. Avoid at all costs.    Vritra  There is a certain kinship towards the fellow many-headed dragon.

Dobrynya Nikitich and Zmey Gorynych were both servants I came up with separately about 2-3 years ago, so imagine my surprise when FGO added them both in the game at same time. Thanks to that, and this contest, I was motivated to actually finish making profiles for them, and put them together like this. I honestly actually like FGO Dobrynya, so this really is my way of both reworking my old ideas, and trying to integrate it into the new lore from FGO. I think that fits the theme of this contest.  I'm sorry for the rough description of their appearances, I'm not really good at descriptions.   Dobrynya looks like a Guilty Gear character, and most notably has a belt as boob strap for his pecs, gotta keep the themes consistent among the designs.  I actually have a drawn design of human Gorynych, got it comissioned a while back, but I haven't included it because I'm not participating in art part of the contest and it isn't my art anyways. I'll add the image at a later date after the contest.  I hope it was obvious that the separate stats refer to Dobrynya and Gorynych respectively.   I feel like I could have made this profile more polished, but this is fine, it's a punishment for my hubris for doing things at last possible moment.
